When and how do I get my tickets? 
Once your order has been received, you will receive an order confirmation with an overview of the tickets you have purchased and their expected delivery date. We will send out a payment confirmation email as soon as we have received payment. In addition, you will receive a ticket voucher immediately after receipt of payment. This voucher, which makes an ideal gift, is our guarantee for the timely delivery of the tickets. As soon as we have received your tickets from our supplier, we will forward them onto you immediately. You do not need to contact us to request this. Our newsletter will also keep you updated about the shipping status of your tickets.

How can I cancel an order? 
It is usually not possible to cancel an order, as standard rights of cancellation do not apply to ticket sales. The purchase contract is concluded by pressing the ""Purchase"" button. This button must be actively pressed, otherwise your order will not be placed. By placing your order, you agree to our terms and conditions and thereby undertake to accept and pay for the tickets. We also allow our customers to book a Flexticket. Your benefits: Your tickets can be cancelled free of charge and with a full refund up to 48 hours after placing your order. Once this period has elapsed, you can cancel your order in exchange for a voucher up to 8 weeks before the event. For more information, see section “Special Provisions for Flextickets” in our T&Cs.

Do you guarantee that the seats will be together? 
When ordering multiple tickets, seats will always be allocated in pairs and will usually all be next to each other. Our sophisticated seating system has a success rate of 99.8% and allows you to enjoy the best experience throughout the event.

How does the order and payment process work? 
Once we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation containing an overview of the tickets you have purchased. We will send out a payment confirmation as soon as we have received payment. The tickets will be sent out as soon as possible, either as physical tickets or as eTickets in PDF format.

Which seats or categories can I reserve or book? 
We understand how important it is to know exactly where you'll be sitting. In our online shop, seats within our allocation are automatically assigned, which means selecting individual seats is unfortunately not possible.
However, if you want to secure the best possible seats within your chosen category, we recommend our Best Seat Upgrade. With this option, you are guaranteed the best available seats from our allocation – handpicked by our event experts for an optimal race experience.

When will I receive my travel documents? 
Your travel documents will be sent via email (including a download link) along with your original tickets. This can vary depending on the event, as we are dependent on the event organisers and their ticket contingents for shipping. You will receive an automated email notification as soon as the tickets are in the post.

What does the travel package include? 
As a rule, our travel packages include the event tickets, accommodation, transfers between the hotel and the event, and a tour guide. Flights are not included in our travel packages. Please visit our website for further information.

Is it possible to extend the hotel stay? 
Unfortunately it is not possible to extend your hotel stay due to the fixed hotel arrangements. But you can, of course, contact the hotel directly to enquire about extending your stay. As the hotel will not receive the final guest list until a few weeks before the event, please state our company name TD Entertainment C.V. when providing your name to the hotel.

When does the transfer from the hotel to the event take place? 
The transfers between the hotel and the event depend on the exact timings of the event. You can find all the details in your travel documents, which we will send to you via email together with your tickets.
