For our Motorsport and Travel Team in Groningen we are looking for a Customer Service Associate (m/f/d)! With us, you can expect a varied position in the exciting industry of e-commerce.
You will take customer communication in the field of Motorsport and Travel to the next level and offer our customers the best possible support. Whether it is e-mail customer care, telephone support or interdepartmental meetings to optimize the customer journey, there is always something happening. Together with the team, you will be responsible for pre-and after-sales support and will be the voice of Global Tickets to our customers at all times.
You will be looking after our motorsport fans from start to finish! That is from their initial purchase up to the after sales and everything in between.
